Caroline Poroski has over 10 years of Recruiting experience and has been a member of the Xsell team since 2008. She focuses mainly on Development and Design placements, but loves challenging jobs where she has to learn about a new technology. She has her BA in History from James Madison University. Caroline strives to be the cool mom, and once came in dead last in a triathlon.
